Water/Wastewater Utilities Project Engineer/Project Manager (PE)

Minimum qualifications include:

ELECTRIC UTILITIES PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)

This person will serve as a Project Manager and will manage project teams to design electric infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing projects, client interfacing/coordination, QA/QC, and budgeting. Management of the project includes conceptual to design to project closeout.

Minimum qualifications include:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering at an ABET Accredited college
• Ten (10) years of experience working in electric utility projects
• P.E. in Kentucky and/or Tennessee, or the ability to obtain P.E. within one (1) year of hiring
• Transmission and distribution line design
• Electric System Modeling/Master Planning
• Substation design is a bonus

Water/Wastewater Utilities Engineer in Training (EI)

CCI is looking for a motivated Engineer in Training (EI) to join our Water/Wastewater Engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to develop technical skills and work on a wide range of water and wastewater projects. The EI will support senior engineers and project managers in design, permitting, and construction oversight, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior engineers and/or project managers with the design and analysis of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform data collection, site visits, and inspections to support project designs and evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

This person will serve as a designer on a variety of site development projects. Minimum qualifications include:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering at an accredited college

Job Description
CCI is searching for a qualified structural engineer to assist project managers with all facets of structural design elements on various infrastructure projects in the southeast. The structural engineer will analyze project goals, design structural elements, perform field visits, make safety recommendations.
