CCI was asked to provide civil engineering services for the design of Aventine Knoxville. Our team had to revise the site plan for multiple building footprint modifications, remove split floor configuration for ADA accessibility, alter grading and site layout to provide ADA accessibility to every building and public area, develop buildings to provide split (terrace) level to accommodate grading, alter grading associated with the changes to the floor to floor height of the leasing building. The Aventine Knoxville community benefits from the luxury apartment units, clubhouse, maintenance/laundry facility, pool area and trash compactor. These changes provided Aventine with a functional and beautiful space to house residents.
