Lenoir City Streetscape Design Phase 1

Lenoir City is the largest city in Loudon County, and the town continues to thrive and flourish. With this growth, The City of Lenoir City retained Cannon & Cannon to design the first phase for the revitalization of downtown Lenoir City. The project location consisted of work from Kingston Street to A Street. Scope of work for Phase 1 included:

• Design for new pedestrian-friendly sidewalk
• Easily accessible on-street parking with bulb-outs
• New LED street lighting
• Improved drainage for the block of Broadway Street (SR 2) between A Street and Kingston Street
• Utility location
• The bulb-outs in between the on-street parking areas contain space for new street lights, benches and planters
