Nestled in West Knoxville, the memory care center’s spacious campus rests on approximately 33 acres that offer assisted living apartments and 1- 6-bed rehabilitation units. The campus also includes a walking trail, courtyards with gazebos and recreational amenities.

CCI partnered with National HealthCare Corporation and the Town of Farragut to provide surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services required for the facility complying with the Town of Farragut development regulations.

• Topographic and As-Built Survey
• Preliminary Site Plan
• Performed traffic counts

Site Design/ Construction Documents to include:

• Landscape and Irrigation Design services (Subcontract Landscape Architecture firm)
• Geotechnical Engineering Services (subcontract Geotechnical to provide field borings)
• Value Engineering Service
