PF Chang’sDrainage Improvements
Regal Real Estate was proactive and selected CCI to investigate 2-84” existing deteriorating Corrugated Metal Pipes (CMP) under the southernmost parking lot at P.F. Chang’s Restaurant. CCI evaluated the need for replacement and to provide drainage improvements.
CCI modeled the existing and proposed conditions to replace the 2-84” pipes with a “green alternative” open channel. We also coordinated with FEMA to provide a Letter Map Revision of the proposed drainage and designed construction plans for approval from the City of Knoxville.
CCI also designed a 10’ wide open channel to submit design plans to the City of Knoxville.
