UT Sewer System at
Pat Head Summitt Street

As part of the University of Tennessee’s Facilities and Campus Improvements, the proposed Music Center building included a basement level floor at or below existing storm sewer infrastructure along Pat Head Summitt Street and Volunteer Boulevard. The project included installation of approximately 650 LF of storm sewer, manholes and catch basins to provide proper depth and capacity. CCI provided survey of existing drainage within the drainage basin and incorporated coordination with City Engineering and Utilities. 

CCI’s stormwater modeling of the existing facilities with the proposed developments was compared with infrastructure improvement alternates to develop the most cost efficient and constructable solution in relation to the existing infrastructure and utilities.
