Cannon & Cannon is proud to announce our participation, partnering and support of the new Amazon Fulfillment and Distribution Center in Alcoa, TN. The 4.5 story building is positioned on 88 acres formerly occupied by the Pine Lakes Golf course and will serve as an operations hub for Amazon. We are excited to be on the team for Amazon’s first location in the east Tennessee region. The fulfillment hub will create hundreds of jobs and open the gates for future investments in the region. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2022. Cannon & Cannon is honored to be working alongside Hillwood Enterprises, City of Alcoa and Blount Partnership providing civil site design, traffic engineering and survey services helping to bring such a distinguished development to Blount County.
